I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri La Boracay. The rooms were spacious, featuring 2 queen size beds and a large balcony with a stunning view, though a bit pricey. The service was top-notch with well-trained and kind staff, offering private beaches and beautiful villas. The location, while fantastic, lacked the famous powdery white sand of White Beach but had its charm, albeit a bit far from the main area. Overall, a luxurious experience with minor room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean but a bit dated, with two queen-size beds and a large balcony, offering spacious accommodation. The service was exceptional, especially the warm welcome and helpfulness provided by Mr Jullies. The location, though safe and not crowded, was a bit far from the main attractions.

The last 2 nights were particularly amazing with a large balcony and a perfectly working whirlpool. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food, always ready to help, like when I needed my iPad charger. The location was breathtaking, with lovely features and very well-kept amenities, including a great buffet selection and super friendly staff. The dining experience was fantastic, providing a typical Shangri-la experience with loads of food options. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
